Maintenance - Repair - Service
We provide preventative maintenance and emergency repair of
bulk storage and pneumatic conveying systems. Depending on the
scope of work, a Service Technician or a Field Engineer will
inspect the equipment or system that is in need of repair. Most
work will be done on a Time and Materials basis. Some work can
be quoted as a contract price. We recommend that systems be maintained
on a Preventative Maintenance Schedule. This will allow us to
inspect and repair the system on a set schedule as opposed to
an emergency repair due to equipment failure. In general, each
system should be serviced quarterly. The frequency of

* Description of hourly rates:
- Straight time rates apply M-F 7:00 to 3:00 PM.
- 1-1/2 time applies for work completed after 8 hours through 12 hours M-F, the first 8 hours Saturday.
- Double time rate applies for work completed after 12 hours M-F, after 8 hours on Saturday and all work completed on Sunday.
- Work completed on holidays will be billed at double time rates.
Miscellaneous:
- Materials, rentals and lodging will be billed at cost plus 15%.
